Integrations

Bitment is an AI operating system for your firm, and an operating system is only as useful as what it can talk to. More than thirty outside services are wired directly into Bitment today: the mail and calendar you already live in, the team chat your clients insist on, your tax and accounting platforms, your bank accounts, your phone lines, your payment processors, and the AI providers you trust.

Every integration follows the same rule. You manage the connection in one place, Settings › Connections, and the data shows up inside the app that owns it. Slack conversations appear in Messages. Asana tasks appear in Projects. Bank transactions appear in Bookkeeping. Nothing is a bolt-on with its own screen to learn; it is simply more of your firm inside the same windows, the same search, and the same AI.

At a glance

Email, calendar and scheduling

Google Workspace. Connect a Gmail mailbox and a Google Calendar as two independent grants. Mail flows into the Emails app with threads, labels, attachments, signatures and AI triage. Calendars flow into the Calendar app alongside your firm's other calendars, with availability, booking links and Google Meet as the default video option. Google Tasks appear right in Calendar next to your events.

Microsoft 365. The same two grants for Outlook mail and Outlook calendar. Events on an Outlook calendar get Microsoft Teams links, and Bitment switches a booking's video conferencing automatically when you move it between a Google and an Outlook calendar.

Both connect from Settings › Connections or straight from inside Emails and Calendar, whichever you reach first. Many firms connect one of each and work them side by side in a single inbox and a single calendar.

Messaging

Slack. Authorize a workspace through Slack's own consent page, and connect as many workspaces as you belong to. History backfills channel by channel and new messages arrive live in Messages › Slack, so your team's and your clients' Slack channels sit next to Bitment's native team chat.

Signal and Telegram. Link Bitment as a device by scanning a code from your phone, exactly as you would link a desktop client. Before any content syncs you choose Sync everything now or Review conversations first, and a permanent Synced conversations list lets you include or exclude any thread at any time. Excluding a thread purges it from Bitment and stops syncing it.

Phone

Native lines (Twilio). Buy local or toll-free US numbers from inside the Phone app. One line handles voice, SMS and MMS, can be assigned to a person or shared as the firm's team line, and supports browser calling, group calls, live transcripts, call routing, recordings and A2P 10DLC sender registration.

Quo (OpenPhone). Already on OpenPhone? Paste your API key and your SMS and call history sync in. Bitment matches you to your Quo team member by email so outgoing texts are attributed to you.

Meetings

Fireflies.ai. Paste an API key and Bitment validates it, backfills your past meetings, and hands you a webhook to paste back so every new transcript arrives on its own. Connected at the firm level, teammates automatically see the meetings they took part in, and each client's profile gains a Fireflies page matched by the client's email addresses. An AI Agent can even wake on every new transcript.

Bitment also ships its own meeting recorder (microphone plus system audio, live transcript, AI summary and action items), so Fireflies is an option rather than a requirement. Bitment-hosted video conferencing is coming soon.

Projects

Asana. Connect an Asana API app (recommended) or a personal access token. Projects and tasks mirror in both directions. A firm-level connection gives the whole team one synced workspace, and each teammate can authenticate their own Asana account so the tasks and comments they push appear in Asana under their own name.

Accounting and tax

QuickBooks Online. A full OAuth sign-in against Intuit, no keys to paste. Connect a company from Bookkeeping › QuickBooks › Connect a Book and Bitment creates a mirroring book in one flow. Each authorization covers one QuickBooks company, so a firm with many clients on QuickBooks connects each on its own. Expired tokens surface a one-click Re-authenticate.

CCH Axcess. A full OAuth sign-in against your firm's CCH subscription using your own OIP app credentials. Pull returns out of CCH, push returns and source documents back, and switch between the Bitment and CCH views of a return with a Bitment | CCH tab strip inside the Taxes app.

Banking

Plaid. Connect a bank or card account and transactions sync automatically, with up to two years of history requested on connection. Bitment can also pull the institution's official PDF statements into a per-feed library, always with an operator-confirmed date range since statement pulls are billed per statement. Feeds that lose their login are flagged as needing attention rather than retried forever, and a Retry sync puts them back to work.

Payments and sales

The Sales section of Bookkeeping issues invoices and reconciles the money that comes back. Three processors connect per book:

• Whop for subscription and digital-product payments.
• Zaprite for card and digital-asset invoicing.
• Maverick Payments for card processing with a hosted checkout.

Bitment matches processor customers and products to your books by email, name, or with AI help, and keeps invoices and payments in sync. Stripe underpins Bitment's own AI billing, where a card on file or prepaid credits cover the tokens your team and agents use.

Digital assets

For a client that holds digital assets, Bookkeeping treats a wallet or an exchange account like any other feed: read-only, reconciled and reported the same way a bank account is.

• Wallet watching. Give Bookkeeping a set of addresses, an extended public key or an output descriptor, and Bitment records every transaction with its network fee, valued in USD at the moment it confirmed.
• Nodes, wallets and exchanges. LND (a node's REST endpoint and a read-only macaroon), Alby Hub and any Nostr Wallet Connect wallet, Strike, Coinbase and Kraken connect as feeds alongside your banks.
• Transfers, cost basis and tax forms. A payment that appears in two of your own feeds is paired as a transfer. The cost basis engine tracks every lot with HIFO, FIFO or LIFO, globally or per wallet, and generates Form 8949 and Schedule D.
• Mark-to-market and statements. Revalue holdings to the current spot price with one journal entry, and download statement-style PDFs of on-chain activity for any period.

Bitment never holds keys, seed phrases or spending credentials, and cannot move funds.

Market data

Every non-USD amount in the books is valued in dollars automatically:

• Coinbase public spot prices for the live Market Price stat and mark-to-market defaults, for any Coinbase-listed asset.
• Bitment's historical price service, a dedicated price store with roughly one-minute resolution and years of depth, so on-chain transactions are valued at the moment they happened, not the day's close.
• TwelveData daily closes for every other currency, crypto or fiat.

AI providers

Bitment does not lock you into one AI vendor. Your firm's own credentials for Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenRouter or a self-hosted Ollama daemon are provisioned with the Bitment team during onboarding, and every model you enable appears in one unified model picker across Chat, the Assistant, Agents and every AI feature in every app. An agent belongs to one firm and bills that firm's credentials, so the Tokens app always shows who spent what, through which provider.

For firms that want client data to stay on hardware they control, Ollama runs local models behind your own firewall, and Bitment's code-execution sandbox runs AI-written analysis inside your own environment rather than shipping data to a vendor's tool.

Around the models sit a few more services:

• Amazon Transcribe powers voice-to-text dictation and meeting transcription through the same AWS credential that authorizes Bedrock.
• Tavily gives the AI an LLM-optimized web search when you bring a key; without one, a built-in open web search runs on Bitment's own servers at no cost.
• People Data Labs powers Campaigns › Sourcing, finding and enriching prospects with your own key and credit balance.

Devices and delivery

Notifications reach you wherever you are: in the app, as desktop notifications in the browser, through Web Push to the installed web app, and through Apple Push Notifications to the iOS app. The Mac and Windows desktop apps are signed and notarized, update themselves, and can be white-labeled per firm.

How connections behave

• Personal or firm-owned. Some connections are yours alone; others belong to a firm and are shared with the whole team and the firm's agents. The connect card asks which, and you can change it later under Belongs to.
• Self-healing. A connection that loses authorization shows a reconnect prompt, and Bitment notices when a service quietly stops sending updates rather than going stale silently.
• Real APIs, real protocols. Every integration speaks the vendor's own API. There is no scraping layer and no middleman service holding your credentials. Keys are encrypted at rest and never leave your firm's environment.
• Enabled per firm. A few integrations, including QuickBooks Online and CCH Axcess, are switched on for your firm by the Bitment team as part of onboarding.
